Reach Our Privacy Team Directly

Email Privacy Request Send a written request to our dedicated privacy address. Include your registered account email so we can locate your records quickly and respond with the correct data extract or correction confirmation.
Live Chat Support Open the chat widget on any playrep page and select 'Privacy & Data' from the topic menu. A support agent will escalate data-specific queries to our privacy team within one business day.
Account Settings Panel Log in, navigate to Account Settings and choose the Data & Privacy tab. From there you can download your stored profile data, review consent choices and submit a deletion request without contacting support.
HOW WE PROTECT DATA

Our approach to data security is built around practical controls — encrypted storage, strict access permissions and regular security reviews — rather than vague reassurances.

Encryption at Rest and in Transit

All personal data stored on our servers is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256. Data moving between your device and our platform travels over TLS 1.3, which means your UPI and Paytm session data is protected end-to-end during every transaction.

Cookie Policy and Consent

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and process PhonePe or UPI checkout flows. Analytics and preference cookies are only placed after you confirm consent via our cookie banner, and you can update that choice at any time from your browser settings.

Account Access Controls

Two-factor verification is available on every playrep account and strongly encouraged. Login attempts from unrecognised devices trigger an email alert to your registered address so you know immediately if something looks unusual.

Data Retention Schedule

Account profile data is retained for the life of your active account plus a statutory period required under Indian financial compliance rules. Once that period lapses, data is deleted from live systems and purged from backups on the next scheduled cycle.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share your data only with payment processors (UPI, Paytm, PhonePe networks), fraud-detection partners and regulatory bodies where legally required. Every third-party processor we use is bound by a data-processing agreement that prohibits secondary use of your information.

Your Right to Request Changes

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time. Submit a request through the Account Settings panel or contact the privacy team by email, and we will process it within the 15-business-day window outlined in this policy.

We collect your name, date of birth, registered email, mobile number and the payment details you link — such as your UPI ID or Paytm-registered number. We also log device identifiers and session data to protect your account from unauthorised access.

We share data only with the payment processors needed to complete UPI, Paytm and PhonePe transactions, and with fraud-detection partners. We never sell your personal data, and every third-party processor is contractually restricted from using your information for any other purpose.
